That’s always a good way to test it out with joint pain. It’s also a good way of figuring out the best dose for you.
Research does suggest CBD reduces inflammation and irritation so it is certainly worth giving it a try, since inflammation especially can cause discolouration. It also improves blood flow to the skin.
